    dot head 750 R 88-89


    essendo la dot nata per motori 750 corsa corta (73mm alessaggio)
    utilizzandola su motori 78/79 mm si ottiene
    miglior squis piu compressione
    inoltre avendo i condotti d aspirazione piu rettilinei (piu potenza)
    (si veda dalle foto come i carburatori risultano "storti")
    dot head was originally for 750 short stroke engine (73mm bore)
    when we fit on 78/79 mm bore engine
    gain compressione and better squish
    also more with downdraft intake port (more power)
    (if you check picture you see how much carb are not in line )

    si possono poi usare le camme del 750 (R)(con timing della motore in uso,nel caso di bandit 1200 sara necessario usare anche i rocchetti del b12 perche la catena di distribuzione e diversa)
    it s even better and possible use 750 cams(R)(with original timing from base engine,if is a bandit 1200 must be used also cam sprocket from b12 ,cause can chain is different )

    gli unici collettori d aspirazione che sono usabili sulla dot sono i suoi da 36 mm
    gli altri di altri modelli da 36-38-40 non sono compatibili
    (da qui l uso di rs 38mm)
    on dot we can use only original 36mm intake mainfold
    other from other model 36-38-40mm are totally different
    (so better way is use rs 38mm )

    le valvole dei 1052/1127/1157 e delle dot sono dello stesso diametro(25/28.5 mm)
    valve from 1052/1127/1157 and dot are same size (25/28.5 mm)

    poi le camme sono intercambiabili
    cioe sulla dot head si possono usare quelle dei:
    1052 86-88 1127 "F" 1127R 89-90 bandit 1200 750 "F" prima serie e le sue 750 R 88-89
    also cams are interchangeable
    1052 86-88 1127 katana 1127R 89-90 bandit 1200 750 katana and own 750 R 88-89

    parliamo di telai:
    in tutti i casi la scatola filtro originale non si puo piu usare
    causa la diversa angolazione
    e proprio per la diversa angolazione i carburatori vanno a toccare il telaio quindi:
    non ce spazio per i carburatori con telaio 750 88-89 e motore 1100
    750 90-91 solo con carburatori da 36 oppure valvola piatta
    prima gen 750 e 1100 solo carburatori da 36 o valvola piatta
    oppure modifiche hai carburatori

    frame precisation:
    on every case ,original airbox cannot be used ,cause different anglation of carb
    and because same carbs hit the frame:
    there is no room on 750 88-89 with 11 engine
    750 90>92 only with 36 bst or flatslide carbs
    1th gen 750 /1100 only 36 bst or flatslide
    or carbs need to be modified
