Has anyone attempted to mount an R6 swingarm (250mm pivot width) to a first gen (237mm pivot width) or even a 2nd gen (228mm pivot width I think). My preferred option would be to make all the modifications on the swingarm and not modify the frame at all, but if there is an easier method could you give me any details. Thanks, Mike

Thanks Ghosty. Do you think it would be better to make an inner sleeve to use the 20mm pivot bolt, or make sleeves to use the standard bearings, spacers and pivot bolt?

Re: R6 Swingarm on 1st gen
make new sleeves is better (NO tollerance) for oem bearing
